Return & Exchange Policy

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will either replace it or offer you a refund.

In case you aren't happy with our items you have 2 weeks from the date of purchase to exchange an item for a voucher. This will have the value of the item at the time it was purchased.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 
Please send an email to and let us know you are returning a product. 
Damaged items will not be accepted for exchange, return or refund.
